The company was founded in 2007 as the legal successor of Šepič d.o.o., which had been in operation since 1971. The company’s activities continue and extend the programme of the former company.
The company has been involved in foam cutting since 1978. From simple products used as fillers in the furniture industry

Our systematic work in the area of quality assurance has led to certification to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. The audit was carried out by TÜV SÜD Sava d.o.o. Certifications, which we passed for the first time in 2014. We have been building on our experience in the field of quality assurance in the automotive industry since 1998.
With the certificates we have obtained, we prove to both our customers and suppliers that we are a reliable partner that successfully ensures our quality system.

The knowledge gained from the projects was the basis for the company’s specialisation in the automotive industry and today forms the basis for the company’s management and technical expertise in the field of “flexible materials”, one of the pillars of the company’s business.
Automotive industry
We develop and manufacture a wide range of products for various manufacturers of automotive interior components, such as seat covers, door and roof linings, centre consoles… We complement the use of foams and non-wovens with the possibility of laminating carbon and plastic composites.
Furniture industry and caravaning
We manufacture products for the furniture industry on 2D and 3D CNC cutting machines and water jet and press brake punching. Products are cut flat and shaped, and can also be laminated. They are used as components of upholstered furniture.
Shoe industry/Footwear
We manufacture various semi-finished products for the shoe industry:

Cutting PET, EPDM and PUR foams of various thicknesses directly from the blocks.

Lamination of foams with various textiles or artificial leathers.
